I just wanted to let you know that we received the Serratelli 8X Broken Bow Gus hat the day after I received your email response. I have to tell you that this hat was well worth the wait, which in my opinion was not that long. This hat was ordered for my fourteen year old son, so naturally it is very hard to explain to him "patience" at that age. He had been saving up his money all year, and had searched "tons" of websites looking for the right hat. He knew exactly what kind of hat, color, brim and crown that he wanted. We live in Michigan, and every year in the summer we travel out west to Wyoming, camping near the Grand Tetons National Park. I'm sure you're aware that there are several stores out west that carry western hats and apparel. Unfortunately my son was disappointed when he couldn't find the hat he was looking for. So when he finally found it on your website, it was a blessing to all of us. In fact, my husband and older son were so impressed with the hat, that they now want one! My son wears his hat every day after school, and it is never off during the weekends. He constantly has to show one of us how great the hat looks, feels and the great detail and workmanship that went in to making this hat. I told him that it was especially made for him, and it wasn't one of those cheap hats that get ruined from the weather and wearing out from age. He made sure to correct me in saying, "this hat was made for me to last a lifetime, and it's never leaving my head!" Thank you very much from my son Daniel and the rest of our family!

After looking at the wide selection of hats available and comparing my new Serratelli I can honestly say the quality of the 8X Serratelli is equivalent to the $300-400 brand name hats on the market. Thank you for the excellent service and a product that is everything you claimed it would be.
